Updating General Nonpublic School Information

Nonpublic school administrators may update school information throughout the school year, except for during the electronic submission of the Nonpublic Annual School Report. To report changes, administrators should complete NP-005 Nonpublic School Information Update Form and submit via e-mail or postal mail as indicated on the form. The form can also be faxed to 225.342.1912.

Notification of Nonpublic School Closing

To report the closure of a nonpublic school, please complete NP-006 Closing Nonpublic School Form and submit via e-mail or postal mail as indicated on the form. The form can also be faxed to 225.342.1912.
