COMMENTS WANTED ON IDEA STATE PLAN

The Department of Education is seeking comments on the annual state plan for funds under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for the period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The plan, which includes assurances to comply with IDEA, a description of the use of the IDEA funds and a comment form, may be reviewed here.

Written comments only will be accepted from January 22, 2010 through March 8, 2010. A form to submit written comments may be found at the above web site.
