This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Louisiana Department of Education (herein referred to as the State) for the purpose of evaluating all statewide after-school programs to include: the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC), Temporary Assistance for Need Families After-school for All (TANF ASFA), and Supplemental Educational Services (SES) providers in Louisiana. |
