To provide support and leadership for Louisiana educators relative to the effective use of educational technology, through ongoing professional development, curriculum development, and web applications; to provide distance learning opportunities for students and educators; to distribute technology funds and technical information to Louisiana school systems based on evaluation and research; and to improve teacher quality and enhance student achievement.
